Depending on time of year, but pretty much since birth till (including now) she's been in footed PJs. In my mind that's the only way to keep their entire body covered and warm.
My DD1 was born in Feb and we needed to make sure she was warm enough. She hated being swaddled so we put her in an armless sleep sack over top of her PJs. We lived in a place that had weird heating and no AC. In the super hot summer she would sleep in just diaper and onesie.
Once we moved into our current house, she's been in fleece footed PJs since we keep the house at a constant temp. Though now that she's almost 3 I am covering her with a fleece blanket when it's colder and we're not running the heat yet.
For the first six months or so, my son always slept in a sleep gown with a Halo sleep sack on top. The gown made middle-of-the-night diaper changes super-easy, and the sleep sack kept him warm. We had both light cotton sacks and fleece ones, depending on the time of year.
