Im 37 weeks pregnant I have 2weeks until my little girl is here this is my 2nd child. With my first i got a epidural never again but I'm scared it's going to hurt really bad any suggestions? ?

    Have you done anything to prepare until this point?

    If not, I would contact someone knowledgeable in bradly, hypno, or lamaze and see if there's any type of crash course you could do.  Other than that, yeah, it's going to hurt really bad.

    I'd suggest reading Ina May's birth book- it's probably the fastest way to become informed about a med free/low intervention birth.  Beyond that, start mentally preparing for how you are going to relax, stay positive, etc so you are ready to push through the difficult moments.

    Oh, also if you have the funds, look into hiring a doula.  They can offer pain management techniques.
