Everything I like, everyone else does not like, including hubby. The only thing we can sort of agree on is Emily but only if I get to spell it Emilee. But that is so very common that I only want to use that as a last resort.
I liked: Hadley Norah Noelle Charlee (this one: I want it but it makes me nervous when thinking about a boy name for a girl.)
And again no one liked any of these but me. Hubby didn't mind Hadley so much but no one else has agreed. They say it doesn't fit so well with our last name: Hackett.
Also, dd is Charlie. The BNB has a LOT of hate for it, but it was the only name H and I agreed on for a very long time and it honors his grandfather who passed away and was his biggest inspiration.
I don't care whether or not the board likes it, but it does matter to me that my H likes it. So if yours doesn't like any of these names, they should be off the table.
Some suggestions:
Hannah Delaney Matilda nn Tilly Rosalie Della Lucy Caroline Lena Johanna Piper Lily Willa Lydia Britta Natalie
Oh my. My hubby likes weird names. With baby #1 he wanted to name him Indiana and the girl name he kept pushing was Secret. No, the name he wanted wasn't a secret. He wanted to name our potential little girl Secret. Thankfully we had a boy and we named him Jeremiah Don after my grandpa.
Hubby hasn't had a decent name suggestion with this pregnancy or the last. He likes Emily tho. Emily was the decided upon name during my first pregnancy but that name just isn't doing it for me like it did last time.
I know an Emilee and Emilie. Meh. I like the simplicity of Emily.
I like PP suggestions Emilia & Emmeline. (NN possibilities Emmy, Emma, Mila, Mel, Millie)
Charlotte Loraine Hackett also sounds nice. Then you can call her Charlie if you like but she won't have any "Is this a boy?" Confusion for resumes, school/class roster, etc. I mean, I don't hate Charlie for a girl, but like it better as a NN for Charlotte or Charlene.
Hadley is cute but I agree on the Hadley Hackett = Polly Pocket reference.
Also, ONLY YOU and your DH have to like/love your child's name. If you both agree then that's what matters.
Re: Help with girl names.
Nora and Noelle are fine but nms.
Hadley is meh.
Emilee is bad.
Charlee is AWFUL. It isn't cute. It is not feminine, and the double "ee" doesn't make it so. Name her Charlotte instead.

What about Lorainne as the fn? You could call her Rainey or Lainey for short.
