Mix together and form burger patties, 4-6 depending on thickness. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes to firm up.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix 1/4C Hoisin sauce with 1tsp Sesame Oil. Brush on patties just before putting them in the oven.
Heat cast iron skillet or grill pan to medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil and let heat 1 minute.
Sprinkle patties with salt & pepper just before grilling. Cook patties 3 minutes per side. Place cooked patties on a parchment-lined sheet pan and place pan in the oven when you've grilled all the patties for 8 minutes. While patties finish cooking in the oven, grill up fresh slices of pineapple, about 4 minutes per side.
This is the ONLY way I've ever had a turkey burger that was actually GOOD.
