Jen, I laughed at your GIF. That said, not sure if the OP means a crazy uptick in the amount of drool- we've gone from a small puddle to the Pacific ocean over here, and it can be a sign of teething, but it can also be a developmental stage for the baby separate from teething. I'm starting to see two small nubs for LO's bottom teeth, so it's teething for us (to add to the colic, gas, and reflux problems we have, great!), might be the same for you, @Valan1.
We're changing shirts 2-3 times a day at this point.
Drool is better than snot and spit up.

DD is 12 weeks and a drool/bubble factory and has been for a few weeks now. I thought she was too going for teething, but now I'll start looking for that.
DS is 10 weeks tomorrow and he goes to town on his fists, often trying to get the whole thing in his mouth and crying when he can't, blows TONS of bubbles and raspberries and laughs because he thinks it's hilarious. We call him "slobber box"
Re: 2 month old baby drooling...
Correct me if I'm wrong but, I'm pretty sure it's because....it's a baby....babies do that. A lot.
