I'm currently working on mine. You ladies always have good meals planned!

Sunday- acorn squash lasagna with green beans as a side
Monday- Chicken tenders and mashed cauliflower
Tuesday- vegetable soup (SO is having dental work done)
Wednesday- butternut squash risotto with salad
Thursday- homemade pizzas with cucumbers and ranch
Friday- possibly going out of town so I don't have a plan

We got three different squash in our CSA this week so both recipes I'm trying are brand new. It's also looking like a mostly vegetarian week for us over here. I really want to try that butter chicken recipe so I think I'll use it next week!

DH's grandfather died this morning.

So he and DS will be going to his hometown tomorrow. He was also supposed to leave on Thursday for Band Homecoming, so they're just going to stay all week. This is the longest I will be away from DS. I'm so sad, but he also may wean in that time, which is bittersweet.

The original plan was:
Sun: pork chops with pears and Bleu
Mon: crockpot chicken tortilla soup
Tues: chicken Cobb salad
Wed: spice rubbed salmon with sweet potato mash
Thurs: chicken and dumplings

Sunday - Linguine with Shrimp Scampi
Monday - Green Chickpea & Chicken Curry with Swiss Chard
Tuesday - tomato kale white bean soup
Wednesday - trout, broccoli, rice
Thursday - Vegetarian Cassoulet
Friday - leftovers

Tuesday - Cheese tortellini w/broccoli pesto
Wednesday - Meatball subs

That's as far as I've gotten. Wednesday is also payday so we'll probably go out on Thursday.
