I actually planned a week of food for the first time!

Monday: Chicken pot pie and salad.

Tuesday: bbq ribs, corn and mashed squash.

    Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner.

Thursday: Grilled chicken legs, baked potato and garlic bread.

Friday: Cockpot pot roast, potatoes, carrots, onions, salad and rolls.

    Saturday: Leftovers or dine out.

Sunday: We have dinner at my parents every sunday.

@chickyclg It's actually the easiest thing on the planet to make.

I start by making a crock pot of shredded buffalo chicken: 3-4 chicken breasts, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup of your favorite hot sauce, cook on low for 6 hours.

Then I cook pasta, heat some Alfredo sauce, and toss with about half of the chicken.  I use jarred sauce (prego) because I'm lazy. My fancy details is getting fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper to finish.

I use the rest of the chicken throughout the week in quesadillas, or sandwiches, or even just on a plate over rice.  You could also freeze the chicken that is left.

Monday- I made a huge crock pot of French dip meat.. So sandwiches, mashed potatoes and salad

Tuesday- should be left overs but we got a BoGo for qdoba which we are too weak willed to ignore..mm queso.

Wednesday- left over French dips/Mac and cheese and salad

Thursday - something creative with the meat because there is a ton and I know I will be sick of it (I suck at leftovers) SUGGESTIONS please!

Friday - tilapia wild rice and salad

Sat - out to dinner/left overs/"Find-it-fix-it" (eat-it-clean-it).. Our free for all meal :)

Sunday - I plan Sunday and usually do a big cooking day but i haven't thought that far.

Oh and everyday.. S'mores cupcakes I made yesterday :)
