We just make one thing and eat on it for a few days. This is what I have so far. Today salmon, Mac and cheese and waffle fries. Tomorrow and the rest of the week. Chicken nuggets or salmon, brussle sprouts with bacon and mashed potatoes
Monday- Sausage and Cheese Quiche Tuesday- Taco Soup Wednesday- Birthday dinner for my MIL location TBD. Thursday- Mommy gets to eat with DD so she will probably say Moo Moo (Chick-fil-A) Friday- Who knows. We usually go out for Friday dinner.
Seems I need to cook at home more......I usually do but this week we have MIL's b-day and what not so it is a bit different.
Don't know what days but we got ribs, chicken, ground beef for stuffed bell peppers, stake. Will see for fir sat sun. I'm getting my proten in!! of course veggies salads and potatoes for different sides.
@chickyclg It's actually the easiest thing on the planet to make.
I start by making a crock pot of shredded buffalo chicken: 3-4 chicken breasts, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup of your favorite hot sauce, cook on low for 6 hours.
Then I cook pasta, heat some Alfredo sauce, and toss with about half of the chicken. I use jarred sauce (prego) because I'm lazy. My fancy details is getting fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper to finish.
I use the rest of the chicken throughout the week in quesadillas, or sandwiches, or even just on a plate over rice. You could also freeze the chicken that is left.
Monday: Chicken Fajitas Tuesday: Soup & Grilled Cheese Wednesday: Wing Night with some girlfriends! Thursday: Whatever my parents are cooking for Giants game! Friday: Grilled Chicken with Veggies & Rice Saturday: Stuffed Peppers Sunday: Probably some sort of junk food
Monday: Chicken Tetrazzini Tuesday: Ham, green beans, and potatoes (a crockpot favorite) served with cornbread Wednesday: FFY leftovers Thursday: Roast with carrots and potatoes, served over egg noodles Friday: Chicken Tortilla Soup Saturday: Date Night Sunday: Breakfast for dinner (tradition!)
