ETA - I have to apologize for not bumping this more and not being a good bumpie last week. We are at the very end of our reno's so that means staging our house, getting a realtor, getting a new mortgage approved and looking at houses. It's going to be a very busy time but I will make time for this labour buddy thread and initiative.
