I've begun thinking about Christmas but onky for DS. I'm dreading the thought of adding more baby/toddler toys to the house. Not dreading DS toys quite as much since he's getting older and can kindavlevel up in the toy department. But overall, I'm looking forward to the buyingvof presents but not the mess they'll add to the house. Plus, DS' s birthday is on Christmas so that's double the stuff all at once.
My UO, hehe, is that this should br changed to a Christmas thread and a new FFFC thtead be started because I heart Christmas.
I have no idea if the amber teething necklace I got for LO is working but I refuse to take it off because it annoys the shit out of DH's family.
I take my showers in the evenings to preserve my sanity in the morning. For the past two weeks(when DH is home in the evening) I have been racing through my shower so I can sit in the quiet, eat M&M's and catch up on TB and/or Pintrest. I don't feel bad about this at all because the only time mommy is off limits is when I go upstairs to take a shower.
MH HATES when I put headbands on DD... he thinks they look really uncomfortable and are totally unnecessary. I think they're adorable and are a good way to get her used to having stuff in/on her head to prepare for winter hats and eventually, hair clips and ponytails to keep it out of her face. And while MH has many wonderful skills as a father, doing little girl hair I can guarantee you won't be one of them, so it'll be my problem to deal with.
I'm tired of the debate about it, so I just put them on her when we leave the house. :-)

I have already started picking out Christmas gifts for people. Kids are fun to shop for.
I'm waiting until closer to the holiday to actually purchase them, but I have an amazon wish list full of toys.
Edit for typo: wish list not with list
I started buying a long time ago! I usually buy Christmas gifts throughout the year. Spreads out the spending a little, and the stress right before Christmas of finding something for everyone. I have a drawer in my closet just for gifts that I have purchased ahead of time!
I microwaved DS2's bottle last night. *GASP* Ain't nobody got time for bottle warmers in the MOTN, people.
He gets a bottle at night instead of nursing so he can fall asleep without having to nurse. He didn't finish it, so when he woke up, I reheated it (and it was a combo of the milk he didn't finish yesterday morning, the milk he didn't finish at the end of daycare and fresh milk, so some of it was on it's second reheat *GASP*).
Yeah. That's all I've got. I lead a boring, non-flammable life.

I don't microwave milk....but I reheat twice. It's not against the "rules".
We fly our pirate flag for Halloween too! We normally have the American flag flying in front of our house. We used to have the Texas flad going too, but it snagged and got ripped and we never replaced it.
Today is flag national talk like a pirate day. So arr matey, that's a nice flag there, arrr.

Don't you know it! I'm the female version of this guy, total badass.
I just got the mail in my underwear, because I forgot I wasn't wearing pants. This is a new low in terms of memory loss. Or sleep deprivation. I'm blaming the sick kid.
I watered the front flower bed at night in my undies a while ago. it was hot, and i forgot about not wearing pants.
I've already started buying Christmas gifts for LO and DS1. ">
I pretended to be in the bathroom using it so I could drink my cup of coffee in peace today. But that's not the confession part. After I was done with one cup, I wanted a second cup but I couldn't blow my bathroom cover. So I pulled my pants down, sat on the potty and then asked my DH to get me a second cup. My cover was totally blown because I only pulled my shorts down and forgot about my undies. He laughed that I tried to "pull a fast one" on him, then proceeded to get me a second cup and then left me in there for a few more blissful moments of silence. :x
