Blocked tearduct and crazy remedy!

Baby girl woke up this morning with her eye covered in gunk and it was a tad swollen. We called the Peditrician who had us come in to check it out. Turns out she has a blocked tearduct which is very normal. But she told me to wash it with a warm washclothe a few times a day and also to put a few drops of breastmilk in it!! Crazy!! Apparently the antibodies in breastmilk do all kind of wonder! I love the all natural solution and wanted to share!!

My DD had this too. I did squirt breast milk in her eye and it did clear up. Seemed strange too, but it worked.
