Newly diagnosed SCH

Hello. I'm a first time mom and I have had two bleeds in the last few days. OB officially diagnosed a 3.7cm clot today. 12w3d, development exactly to date and healthy heartbeat. They put me on bedrest for the next four weeks until they do another U/S. Anyone else going through this? I'm scared.
