Blood in diaper

I have an 8 month old daughter and I have noticed twice today some slightly bloody discharge in her diaper. Called her pedi and the nurse told me it could be due to irritation or a past yeast infection she had (almost a month ago). It doesn't seem to hurt but it still concerns me.

After googling it I read uti's can cause it. She has also been "jumping" up and down in her walker for the past few weeks. It looks painful when she does it but she LOVES it. Maybe that caused something? Idk. But blood in a diaper seems like a big deal to me. Anyone experienced anything similar?
