Podcasts... a Q and a rec

I have given up on radio, and have been listening to podcasts while driving for quite some time. I've caught up on my favorites, so does anyone have any recommendations on podcasts?? I tend to lead toward trivia based, or random fact stuff. My go-to's have been Good Job Brain, Freakonomics, and Stuff You Should Know. I also love a good history podcast--but those can be hard to find.

Just this morning I listened to the temper tantrum episode of Stuff You Should Know, and would highly recommend it to everyone! It's the episode from 5/27/2014 and is only 40 min long. The hosts are pretty funny and do a good job remaining unbiased and just presenting facts.

  • I will absolutely check that one out.  We also listen to Freakonomics, Radiolab, Wait Wait Don't Tell Me, Planet Money....well, pretty much anything NPR.  We listened to a particularly insightful one recently about the advantages to lazy parenting...I think it was The Economist's Guide to Parenting on Freakonomics...loved it!
