@sugahcookie01 Yay for the sticky! T-minus 90 minutes for me! DH can't come though because we didn't find out about the appt until Friday afternoon and it was too late to request the time off for him. My principal was sweet enough to allow my half day... Whew!

I have mine on the 24th. They told me not to worry about filling my bladder. I think it is location and technician based though. My midwife told me specifically which ultrasound clinic she preferred I go to because they have the best equipment.

Actually, I had gone with a full bladder too but my tech said he doesn't need a full bladder and asked me to empty it.

Perfectly healthy baby girls! But I'm now going to have to be seen by the MFM every 2 weeks to monitor for ttts... They're equal size right now but need frequent monitoring. That's going to be a scheduling pain. She also gave me a nice book to read called Twins, Triplets and Quads. Baby B ("Lee") is still my busy baby and I felt most of the movement going on on the screen, very cute. Glad to know they're healthy and thriving in there though.

Also, she said I'll most likely be able to work comfortably up until 28 weeks and then work from there maybe limiting my work days to my comfort level because of the length and frequency of walking plus dragging a utility cart and stuff.

Overall good appt. Very pleased with my MFM I'll see her again in 2 weeks!

ETA : oh yeah... My recommended weight gain has been increased by 10 lbs. I'm going to be a cow by the time they arrive!

Another ETA : also going to get screened for GD at my next appt since there was a worry that they missed it during my pregnancy with DD and her birth size.

@peaceofkia you're girls are Mono-Di right?  Is that why they are worried about ttts?

@schnitz9 yes ma'am... And barely diamniotic. They have the thinnest of sac separation in there.

I have mine thursday at 8:30am EST.  I'm a mix of anxiety and excitement and the emotional confusion keeps making me cry. lol

I feel like we've been waiting forever to see baby G again. I just wanna see 2 arms, 2 legs, and some wiggling is that so wrong? 8-> *sigh* oh well. Glad everyone is having good A/S today!

Done!!!!!!! Both babies are perfect. They are measuring 5 days apart and she is already measuring a week ahead.....he's the one that's behind again this time. They keep flip flopping back and forth on who is ahead.

My cervix is great, the babies are great, the placenta is great, all is just great. I even gained 6 pounds. Yay me!

@kefttsc  so happy for the all around good news!! my girls coincidentally were both the exact same measurements and weight...they're totally living up the whole "identical" twin thing! :-)

This thread reminded me I needed to schedule mine lol. Mine is gonna be on the 30th at 10am! She told me not to worry about drinking a bunch of water or anything but said it would be a good idea to eat something sugary if he's really quiet that morning. My doc with DS 5 years ago had me drink a Sunny D and a bottle of water so I'm with the PP's thinking it must depend on the equipment. He's always so bouncy and wiggly that I don't think I'll NEED to, but I think he may decide he wants a cupcake.. or 3

Yeah, I didn't need a full bladder either, I meant to mention that. But I did enjoy a Mocha Frappe on the way to the appt, the girls loved that!

It's a boy!! I started crying I was so happy haha. Not that I wouldn't have been happy either way, but they said everything looks perfect and healthy and I just started bawling at the thought of my perfect, healthy, baby boy.

Congrats all!  I go for mine on Wednesday, 9/17.  It can not get here quick enough.  DH is starting a new job and went to Tampa for training this week and next.  Timing sucks, but it is what it is.  My mom is coming with me to the appointment just to have someone there.  I am having the tech write the sex on paper we can put in an envelope.  Then that night i can skype with DH and we can find out together.  

Feeling Boy.. but we will see. ;-)

Our a/s went well as far as I know but my dr still has to review the results. We found out it's a girl!!! Two techs said girl! Norah gets a little sister! Couldn't be happier.

All went well at our a/s today, and as I expected, we will be welcoming another baby girl this January!

AND...the MFM office I had my a/s done at just implemented a new policy starting TODAY that a vaginal ultrasound must also be done to check the cervix. Well...let's just say cave woman doesn't even begin to describe how unprepared I was to drop trou. Whoops, sorry tech. That's what you get for canceling my appointment last week.  )

I'm glad to hear yours went well, too! Were you guys surprised that you're having another boy? Did you have a feeling of what your LO would be? I'm not convinced DH or his brothers will ever produce boys, so I had a sneaking suspicion this baby was a girl.

@af9211 in the very beginning I said boy.. gut feeling. But my pregnancy was SO different I convinced myself it had to be a girl. I always thought I'd end up in a house full of boys so we're happy.
