Bad cramping 4w after D&C

Did anyone else have bad cramping weeks after your D&C? It has been 4 weeks and I assume this is my period, but there has been no bleeding yet. I have felt crampy for a couple days already, which is not really normal for my cycle. Is this something to worry about? At last blood check my hgc was at an 8.

    I wouldn't worry too much.. if it has been 4 weeks it sounds like it's your period coming. I did hear that the first period after a D/C can be very heavy and worse than any other period. If you are concerned, check with the doc but it sounds like just your period coming

    Your cycles and PMS symptoms can change after a miscarriage the same as after any pregnancy. It's likely nothing to worry about, just your body figuring things out again. 
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
