SO. Our Nanny started off AMAZING! She took SUCH great care of our little Princess that none of us have ever been any happyer. We couldn't have asked for anyone better and we slept SO wonderfully at night knowing Nanny was there and taking care of everything. Well, that is until last weekend and disaster has struck!

We went to a yacht party and got home pretty late and heard Anastasia crying all the way from the other wing. We went an found Nanny was NO WHERE! I had to pick up my baby and then her nappy leaked all over my brand new Jenny Packham. Nanny then came out of the bathroom and said she had a stomach bug. i obviously was concerned about Anastasia getting sick but it was late and i realllllly needed some sleep (and gosh i had had a few!) so i let it go. Nanny was sick all the next day and even though i wasn't feeling too great myself i had to take care of Anastasia. 

This has now been going on ALL WEEK! I have had to cancel everything i had planned because its not like I can take a baby to my massage or to a shopping appointment! I am at my wits end! Anastasia cries and cries and I barely get a chance to put her down for a shower and this whole time Nanny keeps running to the bathroom to be sick! How long can a stomach bug last? 

I really would like to temporarily fire her and ive tried talking to Hubby but he just tells me that i can't do that and to be patient with Nanny. he even said maybe i should help take care of her and get her some biscuits or broth or something because she does so much for our little Princess! i just don't know how to get him to see how impossible this is! I can't do anything and i need our Nanny back so i can have my life back!

Is your nanny pregnant? If so, I would fire her now. You don't want 2 babies interrupting you during spa treatments.

Your husband got the Nanny pregnant thats why she has been sick all week but doesnt want to get rid of her.

Sorry guess your little princess wasnt good enough. He still wants a prince. Maybe now he will get it with the Nanny.

If we really wanted to get sloshed we would make it 1 per spelling/grammar mistake- but I can't handle that kind of hangover anymore

there is no way my nanny is pregnant. have you all lost the plot??? shes not some two bit trollop. shes classy in every way. fit for a princess. 

i made the font bigger for whoevers eyes hurt. i didnt realise old lady eyes were a side affect of pregnancy and babys

well i dont want to forever fire her. i really like her...shes so good with little anastasia. but i dont think its fair that i need to pay her while im taking care of the baby....like...thats what im paying her for and shes not doing it. 

plus im really nervous im going to get whatever vile bug this is she has floating around while shes sick in my manor. i have things to do. i have a shopping appointment on monday. i have a MAJOR MAJOR event to attend next weekend that i absolutely cant miss. i cant catch her germs. i just CANT. it wont do. 

and its really mean to say my hubby would be cheating on me. that was really uncalled for. i dont know where all this animosity is coming from. ive always defended you ladys to the crazy people who come here and say your not helpful and everything. maybe you all need a nice spa day. that would help i think.

im not revealing more of my identity than angela. hello internet safety. i understand why some of you get mad when you read my posts. ive been dealing with jealous slags for most of my life. if your so terribly bored by these SERIOUS issues that plague me, then please, carry on so the ladys with the real advise can help me.

Oh @babywear, thank you SOOOOO much!!!!! I will be phoning them first thing Monday morning! A temporary replacement. thats not firing, its just filling in, right? Perfect....my hubby should be pleased with this solution. 

Thank you for being the only voice of reason here. The ladys from North America seem to have lost their manners.

Babywear, I'm not sure the spa would let her in given her current state!! the poor girl is just a disaster. I will have her find the number for the emergency contact. Mrs. Pembrooke at the agency should certainly be able to help me in the morning. thank you SOOOO much for your help. i only have about 4 more hours of this now. hopefully there is a girl on standby they can send over quickly.

also, she is the hired help. I dont know that my spa would even book an appointment for her. I dont think that even I have enough sway to make it happen. I will have Cookie make her a nice broth and tea. hopefully it will settle her. The poor dear.
