Have you had your thyroid checked? If mine is off it makes me really tired. I'll drink one caffeinated beverage a day. My doctor says 200mg of caffeine a day is ok.
TTC since 3/2011 Adenomyosis, LPD, hypothyroidism.
BFP on 7/20/12 after 4 cycles Clomid + IUI
2 large subchorionic hematomas & no heartbeat at 7w6d
D&E 8/18/12 Sonohysterography found septum and necrotic tissue.
Sounds so lame, but honestly exercise really helped me. I don't know that it's the exercise, but more that when I exercise I sleep SO much better. Also eating healthy foods, because when I eat crap I feel sluggish.
I agree you should have both your iron and thyroid checked... Is started drinking half/calf in the mornings and that has helpd a ton.

I will echo the exercise suggestion. It helps a lot. I do CrossFit with MH and I workout after DS is in bed in the evenings, but I always feel great afterwards and it really does help boost my energy. Your diet can have a huge impact on energy levels too. Eat often throughout the day and make sure you are taking in enough calories, protein and non-processed carbs.

A limited amount of caffeine is fine. I honestly stopped drinking it all together during IVF/FET and during the first trimester because I was paranoid about staying hydrated. By the time I drank it again a little can totally rocked my world!
Now I drink it every once in a while. It's also helped with second trimester headaches.
