Sleep & Eating Schedule, Plus Semi-Intro

My twins were born at 33w3d and have done amazing! I have been very blessed!! We kept them on the 3 hr NICU schedule when we came home and it was working great till a few weeks ago. (They are now 2w2d adj.) We were having to wake them up and basically force them to eat, so we went to a 4 hr schedule 1 week ago. They still don't finish their MOTN feedings a lot of the time (I've gradually increased their bottles by 5ml and have dropped their MOTN feedings down some when they have consistently not finished them.) and would probably sleep for longer than 4 hours. However, they sometimes act fussy/hungry an hour or 30min before their 1pm and/or 5pm feedings. They are super gassy so I don't know if it is just tummy pain or really hunger. Are they too young to sleep for longer than 4 hours at night? If not, how do I make sure they are getting enough to eat? Just feed them more often during the day? Thanks!!

FET w/donor embryos #1: 10/2013 Cancelled
FET w/donor embryos #1.2: 11/2013 ~ ET of 2 beautiful blasts on 11/27.

    Thanks ladies! I just learned about leaps today and think that is what the issue is. According to the Wonder Weeks app they are right in the middle of a leap. Pedi is happy with their weight gain but didn't offer much guidance as to feeding times or amout. Just said I'm doing a good job.
