Question about c section pain

I'm 3 weeks out and a part of my stomach and pubic area above and below my scar is really sore to the touch. It feels like its very bruised. I've had soreness but it's gotten worse the past two days. I use a blow dryer to keep the incision area dry and even the air from that hurts. Anyone else experience this? I was thinking maybe it's just extra sore from my clothes or something. Would you call the doctor?
