Yesterday I had a PSL. It was good. Not great. Certainly not worth all the calories. My motto is don't waste your calories on beverages unless they contain alcohol. I felt jittery afterwards. Was it the lethal dose of sugar, the petroleum-filled artificial, flavors, the caffeine, or all the farm, corp. milk?
I had my PSL on my way to the apple orchard. They were selling hand-knit baby hats there, which inspired me to try to make my own for Finn. After an evening of knitting, I tried the nearly-finished product on him to see how he looked. He hates it. Won't even keep it on long enough for a pic. But to give you an idea of the cuteness, here is Finnie in the hat it was modeled after:

I spent hours last night on youtube (on my phone) doing Microsoft Access tutorials on mh's 15 year old laptop because its the only comp with Access apparently. Too bad it is Access 2000, but I guess it is better than nothing!

So glad it is Friday! I have my coffee and am ready to go. Due to the break down in currier system yesterday at work I am currently waiting in a gas station parking to hand off the inter office mail to my COO who lives close. I look like the dedicated employee but really I get thirty minutes of coffee and the bump uninterrupted time. I think this is a win win here.
I'm packing away the 12 month pjs today. P always grows out of them first before pants and tops. It doesn't make a ton of sense.
We bought apple pie bagels last night and I'm irrationally excited to eat one.
Going for a walk this morning with Haddock and a friend and then headed to Costco, Target and Carter's. I shall be several hundred dollars poorer after today, I'm sure

Pretty sure @squirmworms asked this the other day and I missed the response - are teething runny noses clear? G has green snot and just wondering if he has a col or it's teething.

Nothing exciting here. Cloudy gross day is making me want to stay in bed which, of course, is not going to happen. I am working at the vet office this afternoon for a few hours. Yay! Adult interaction!!
Yesterday I had my post D&E appt and I was cleared to have sex. Yay!! So as soon as Aiden went down, I jumped dh. After I realized we forgot the condom. We're supposed to wait 2 cycles. Oops. I'm sure it's ok though, right?

@valstulas Finn is soooo adorable.
It is raining here today & it was the first day for PSL at Caribou Coffee. I of course bought one and it is just as delicious as I expected it to be.
Working from home today and then headed to the cabin this afternoon. I have a 4.5 day weekend.. daycare is closed on Tuesday. LO starts at his new daycare Sept. 15. Things have been better at current daycare she hasn't seemed as crabby with him, maybe she realized she was being a B and toned it down.. or maybe she is being nice because she's happy he is leaving? Not sure, but I had to give her a 2 week notice to get my deposit back.
GI this morning. I'm getting nervous about the results of his barium study - We don't have any reason to think that anything is wrong, he's actually doing fantastic right now, but we haven't seen what his gut looks like since his last big surgery almost a year ago.
Also last night I had a dream that I gave birth to my second child, and he had a growth that looked like an elephant trunk coming off of his left cheek. Wtf, brain.
