@ItsStackie - I'm very impressed with you keeping up with your mile/day average! Keep it up!
@kdc2007 - I'm very glad PiYO is giving you noticeable results! Hopefully it continues to please!
@phishgirl29 - Excellent job keeping up with your gym time and diet!
@Pitchslap - Hope DD's birthday and the State Fair didn't derail things too much!
@tiffletones518 - I hope things have been much more settled down for you! I know you're going to rock your race - so keep up the good prep!
With 11 weeks - @WorkInIt - Hope getting on the diet wagon went well!
With 9 weeks - @WasNotWas - I'm super impressed with the weight-loss despite no workouts - I hoe you were able to squeeze back in some workouts!
With 4 weeks -
@calikat80 - I hope your (nearly 18)/16 miles were a breeze (all relatively speaking, of course)!
@mshukh - Wonderful work cutting back on the snacking! And restaurant calorie counts are hellacious - but it's okay to have an off day every once in a while!
With 3 weeks - @RedCherry1109 - Congratulations on making your first goal!
With 2 weeks - @nikel13 - Glad your challenge is still going well, and I hope you got to add in some swimming!
Last week: I spiraled. Ate like crap, did get a few walks in, but generally got back into old routines. Didn't gain any weight, but didn't lose any
This week: I have already turned it around. Cleaned out the fridge and freezer, went to the gym at lunch yesterday and plan on going today. Thanks to this check-in I was really feeling bad for falling off the wagon last week
Goal: I would absolutely love to get to 20 lbs (3 lbs away) by next week, but I don't feel like I deserve it after last week. Long-term goal is 30 lbs. The last 10 are going to be a lot of work!
What did you want to be when you grew up? I always wanted to be a teacher, from when I was in Kindergarten, but when I got to college the business world lured me in with money...stupid Florida paying teachers poorly
Last week: exercised and ate decently. Could have been better, could have been worse.
This week: started T25 yesterday. It's hard but I'm trying to keep up. I also went to the gym for my cardio!
Goal: tone up!
What did you want to be when you grew up? An architect. You had to be good at math so I took a bunch of math classes in college and just stuck with it. Hence, the whole math teacher thing!
Last week: really good on the working out front- 3 runs during the week, lap swimming one day and abs and legs another day. 18ish mile run on Saturday went really well- 3 hours and I had to stop briefly to pee and fill up my water, so I'm guessing around 10/miles I'm good with that. Eating was ok, but whatever.
Next week: nip my snacking in the bud. More fruits and veggies. Camping this weekend and only have a ten miler so it will be a more mellow week. Also getting my fitbit which is exciting!
Goal: marathon
When I grow up, I always always always wanted to be a mom. Also an engineer. Basically I wanted to be a power mom. I'm not an engineer but I at least got my masters in something math related so I'm calling it a "check."
Last week- Got back to running. Diet was pretty good.
This week- Struggling to stick with it, but I'm doing it. I'm not pmsing, but finding myself wanting to eat all the things. I need to knock that off. Asap.
Goal- Same as @itsstackie. Finish the half marathon and not die.
GTKY- I wanted to be a mom. That's all I ever said. I never had a career goal. I never wanted to be anything. The most you ever got out of me was maybe a counselor or something because I like kids.
