I just got this one and have it on now for the first time. It's not as easy as the zip fronts you see every where, but it's one that can actually be worn under clothes.
I have a PumpEase and it worked pretty great for me at my desk today, when I was working. Be sure to check the fit guide. I am a 40E and the XL is actually too big on me. I bought from eBay. However, I just roll the thing around a couple of times and it gets a nice, snug fit.

I also have the medela and find it to be very tight. I'm a 36C and have the medium and while it works, I'm always afraid I'm going to break the zipper off.

I have the simple wishes also, and the B3, which can be worn like a normal bra for nursing...it's a bit smaller than the band measurement would suggest, but I love it anyway.
I do not know which one I have because I got it when I was pumping for DD, but I love having one and pumping would be a bigger pain in the ass with out one. Mine is strapless and zips up the front.
I'm using a cheaper and kinda ghetto way of doing it, it works for me at home and I;m hoping it'll work when I go back to work. The Simplicity Hands Free Pumping Bra Kit
I had trouble at first with the breastshields staying in place, but now I use part of my bra to keep them perched in place (the trouble comes when there's milk finally flowing) and they stay in place well. It's not super classy, but works for me currently.
This is a good thread because I like to see what works for other people...I may get that New Clasic Crossover too because it works under normal clothes which I like!
There is a simple wishes hands free bra in Amazon for like $10. It's pink and works great for at home! The back ties so sizing is very forgiving because of how adjustable it is.
My Simple Wishes D*lite bra is adjustable in the back. I am currently a 36DD and I still have a decent amount of room to make it larger if needed. Its great!
I have a regular Simple Wishes that I ordered last week, and the thing is way bulkier than I thought it would be, but i can tell it will hold up and it adjusts a huge amount of different sizes. (I have bigger cup size, but smaller around, so I think that's why it seems like so much bra to me!) I went with the regular vs the DLite based on the reviews.
