I recently purchased an ergobaby infant insert via eBay. When I received
the item it looked as though there was dirt on it...so I tossed it in
the wash. What I thought was dirt is actually black specks on the
material. I contacted the seller and they sent me a response to my email
which was...
hi, I was a little confused why this would have black spots on it. It was never stored in a wet damp place. I purchased this from target. I called the company, this is a natural feather of the fabric and fibers. I know it should not be dirty. it was never used and still had the tags. I called target, they said you can return it for another one without the receipt. or they can put this on a gift card for you. I hope this works for you. thanks.
