Last week - only one workout. This week - nothing yet. going to shoot for twice this week... Still no pull ups damnit.
GTKY: Do you workout when you're sick or rest up? Does it depend on your symptoms? - depends on my symptoms but usually i make more effort to run if I have a cold. When I'm sick my go to remedies are sleep + exercise.
How did you fare last week? -I'm running on the regular now! Woot! Well it's because I'm doing a race finally, end of next month. Running every other day and walking mostly every day with DD.

I've actually run the last four nights! I seem to suddenly have a burst of energy. I've also been running slightly longer without having to stop and walk. However I may skip tonight because I am exhausted. Going back to work after 2 1/2 months off is tiring.
Goals: Run 4X/ week plus toning exercises and cut out sugar!

Last week I did nothing but clean my house in preparation for guests for the baptism.
The twins turned 6 months and can now go to childcare at the community center. I'm hoping to take them while DS is in preschool so I can get some running in. My goal is to run 2x this week.
When I was on a team of some sort I would work out or play through most sickness. I would usually feel better after. Now I don't have the motivation to get started.
