Etsy seller for a custom birthday t-shirt - recommendations?

I want to get a custom t-shirt made for her party. I don't want to spend a fortune and I don't really need the whole shirt/headband/tutu combo. She has a million skirts. I just want a cute shirt - $20-25 would be fabulous but I want it to be decent quality. Can anyone recommend a specific seller you've used?

I bought DS a minion t-shirt (which isn't showing up as an option anymore or i'd post the direct link) from this seller:

the t-shirt was about 13 dollars including shipping and its an iron on design with his name and age.  

the one we picked didn't say "birthday boy" we figured he might get a few more wears out of it since he's obsessed with minions this way!

This is who I have used 3 or 4 times now. The shirts are so soft, I love love love them. She will do a custom order for you. The last 2 she made for me were custom.

I do, and I have been searching Etsy and other sites with no luck. We're doing an M&M's theme for her birthday, because we recently moved to the town where the M&M's factory is located. I thought it would be a cute way to celebrate the move at the same time. But there are not many M&M designs out there.

I would just go with polka dots. This is cute for $21 total, you can probably do a different color shirt and maybe a yellow number instead of pink.
