FYI- PN has reinstated water births at St Francis Hospital in Shakopee

I am 31 w and just saw see the MWs at PN Shakopee.  I asked if they were offering water births again and she said that they will be starting on August 21.  I don't know if the study that they are doing will be going at all PN locations, but it could be worth asking about if you are using the MWs at another clinic and are interested in having a water birth.

This is awesome! I'm still planning to do a birth center, but I delivered my second baby at St. Francis and had a great experience. If something comes up and I can't deliver at the center, it's good to know I could still have the birth I want at a hospital!
