Coincidence? So nervous! 1apt and milestone! After apt update!

Today is milestone one...6w6d was my most recent loss...it was the day before my first u/s...but this time it is my first appointment also...DH can't make it which had me in tears all night but he finally got a job and had to start today...my mom is coming with me as my 'just incase' person...I'm so afraid to goto this appointment it's ridiculous...terrified of what they may or may not find...if they even do anything at all...I wish there was another ob office in my area...this one does pretty much nothing...other than (recently) have its drs beat up by a pissed off husband for sexually abusing a pregnant patient...I have been told that previous losses were my fault...the last one they just said ur not pregnant any more here are some pills to complete the miscarriage and nothing else...they didn't do bloodwork or anything so I ended up in the er 2 weeks later with clots as long as my forearm and the beginnings or an infection in my uterus...and now I'm rambling...sorry...my mind is in a million diff places right now...hope u ladies have a beautiful day..
UPDATE:
They literally did nothing today...no u/s til 20w...didn't attempt to find hb...no bloodwork...just had me sign a paper allowing them to treat me...tomorrow I will most likely be calling diff drs even though it will be over an hour drive... They also are having me goto a surgeon to have tests run so I can have gallbladder surgery even though I clearly told them I did NOT want it taken out until AFTER delivery...I just can not believe a dr would continue to treat a patient with total disregard like this

Ok, breathe. It's normal to be nervous. I know that first appt had me so worked up. {{{hugs}}}

Find a mantra that helps you focus and calm your mind. Repeat that all day. Keep breathing.

After today's appountment, maybe you can look for a new OB as well.

Sending you lots of good thoughts for as great app. And honestly, your OB sounds awful. To me, it would be well worth the drive to find a different OB elsewhere.

GL at your appointment. It is always nice to have someone with you there to share joy or pain. I'm glad your mom can be there. It sounds like you don't have many options in your area but I would definitely search for other options, even if you have to drive a touch. You deserve to have someone on your side that cares about you. (((Hugs)))

Good luck! Glad mom is coming! I had panic attack my first appt:( ...run don't walk from this ob, after this appt:(... Even if it's in a different town , it will be worth it!

Omg that sounds awful! If I were you I'd definitely be looking into other doctors even if they are more than an hour away.

I am so sorry your office is full of a bunch of a-holes. GL finding a new OB! I hope they can treat you the way the way you deserve to be treated. ((Hugs))

Absolutely find a new doctor. Driving an hour is worth any piece of mind. So sorry you have been treated that badly.
