Child Classes - Toddler Learning

I'm looking for ideas to further educate my 2.5 year old. He currently goes to a Mommy's Day Out program but is home with a nanny the rest of the week. We have a new baby due in Oct and I'd like to get my son out to do more but don't want to do full time daycare since we pay for the nanny already. 

What are parent's thoughts on additional programs for kids in Houston? We live in the downtown area but are open to all across town. I've looked at likes like music or art classes, but everything is just once a week. Any thoughts would be helpful!
