Well, here we come cycle 8 & 1.5 years later... ( As I said in my intro, this round I took 75iu hmg for 5 days, 5mg femara and ovidrel, and still nothing. I'm thinking about taking a break for a month or two. Good idea or not a good idea? I just think sometimes well hey my body is used to it so why stop for a month?
If your RE is comfortable with continuing with treatment without a break, then there's no medical reason not to. It would really be your call if you feel okay with the process or if you're ready for a break for personal reasons.
Looking at your stats, in the last couple weeks you posted 3 discussions related to your own questions, and then a reply on each one. That's not the way that community members on 3T really participate - there are so many people here needing each other, so we can feel used if someone wants to get advice or sympathy but hasn't even read or replied to other people's concerns with advice or, if they don't really have advice, then support. I think that's why you got the kind of comments you did this time.
If you click on the usernames of a few members here you can get a glimpse of the typical ratios of comments to discussions started. We're here first and foremost to be a part of a wider community, and it feels good to get to know and care about each other.
Also, as far as the break, it sounds like the long wait of IF is frustrating to you (as it has been to me!) and maybe you'd feel better at this time doing all you can to get that BFP each month? Good luck whatever you choose. And I do warmly welcome you to continue to be a part of this community.

Yes very well said! No one helps when it comes to getting to know the board. These are things that I didn't really know. And 99.9% of the time, people attack you instead of telling you what you can do. I've seen it multiple times. Thanks for the advice!

I didn't attack you. I told you that you should offer support to others on the board rather than just posting your own threads. Give support to get support.

The permanent thread at the top of 3T called something like "Newbies - Read Before Posting" is a great starting place is you feel like it's hard to get to know the board.

No I just wanted help and to have someone help me out. I am so not drama anywhere, so I especially don't want to be here. I truly wasn't mocking anyone, I was serious, she was truly a big help. I didn't know literally anything about this at all with posting. As you had seen I only posted three things, because idk what to do, but I do know that I need help. And if that means posting on other peoples discussions, I would love to. Sorry about all of the confusion, and I hope that you all understand and didn't think that I was mocking anyone!
NariaDreaming, the more I look around, I can totally see how supportive everyone is. I wasn't giving any support to anyone, so I understand why I wasn't getting any back.

BFNs suck. If there's anyone who understands that, it's the ladies on this board, but we can't tell you if it's time to take a break or not.
