2 weeks of BCP down and 1 to go.  I'm ready to be done with them, they are making me so sick to my stomach and the spotting/mid cycle bleeding is really annoying.

I am going in for a repeat saline sono on Wednesday (I'm very much dreading it) to address some lining issues from my last IUI cycle.  I am so afraid she is going to find something and that we'll end up having to cancel our planned August cycle.  I just want Wednesday to be here and over with so I can know what to expect for August.

    Me (29): Hashimoto's, CD3/7DPO bloodwork & ultrasound normal, HSG & SHG(x2) all clear

This is our break cycle. I have two appointments with potential REs this week. I'm so ready to get a real second opinion....or actually a first opinion I just really feel like my first RE was just winging it. I have an HMO and you have to see the first RE first before you are able to get a referral to another (better) RE. Even though we are on a break we will still try naturally this cycle.

    Good luck on Wednesday, @SnakeFisherBub.

Keeping you in my thoughts, @theholmanherd.

C/P mentioned, having a bad IF day:

I'm in the 2ww. We had our IUI on Friday the 18th. With the last IUI, I had an hcg trigger shot and tested until it was gone (got a neg on 8dpo), then tested on 10dpo and got a positive. It ended in a chemical. In my mind, since I got a pos on 10dpo last time, clearly I should have the same result, so I tested this morning and it was negative. Last time I had fairly clear symptoms (nauseated a lot, super tired, super cranky), this time I really don't have anything. I mean, not to the same level (low level nausea, crankiness, only a little more tired than usual). But I'm also on progesterone. I know it's early, but I just don't have a lot of hope for this cycle and I'm so sad and frustrated. I feel like the c/p was my fault somehow, and that if I had just done this thing or that thing differently, I wouldn't have lost it. And now I have to sit at my stupid desk all day and deal with stupid people when all I really want to do is curl up in my bed and cry myself to sleep.

Af came last week, exactly 30 days from last, which is a record for me.  No provera, nothing.  Woot!  Let's hope this trend continues.  And I actually noticed that I have CM the last few days, which I never see.  Maybe H can get one or two good swimmers and we can beat the odds this cycle.  Not that I see anything realistic about that, but one can hope and dream right?

We have a meeting next Wed with the foster care people to see what they have to say.

    **Step child briefly mentioned later**

CD 24 here.  I finished this round of testing to confirm PCOS a couple weeks ago.  Everything turned out just like it did when my ob/gyn ran the tests.  So I'm going to count that as a good thing because that means nothing changed and no surprises were found by the RE - she knows what she's treating so that gives me some hope.  I have stopped expecting that I ovulate so I am not even thinking about testing this cycle.  The last 2 cycles have been 60+ days and I've had to trigger my period both times.  Its strange, but I'm not even keeping track of what CD it is (except when I just counted them for this update) or anything.  IF by the grace of God I magically ended up ovulating and got pregnant, I'll be that much happier.  I'll likely start medicated cycles in September.

My husband's SA is tomorrow so **fingers crossed** that things are good there.  He is quite masculine and proud so I would HATE if his numbers were poor.  I can cope with what is going on with me (even though I don't cope well some days), but I don't want to have his masculinity take any sort of hit.  He already has a child and if anything he is healthier than before (stopped smoking cigs and cut WAAAAYYYY back on the marijuana) so I'm hopeful it is fine.

My thoughts are with you ladies who are in the waiting phase (waiting to start medicated cycles, in the 2WW, waiting for news on anything).  That is the worst part of this whole IF stuff (in my opinion anyway).  And fingers crossed for all of you who are testing soon!!

I am in the 2ww (8 dpiui)  for iui #2. I had 4 lovely follies at my mid cycle scan, but unfortunately DH's post wash count was only 900,000 :(. I am praying for a miracle, but I have a consultation scheduled with our RE for 8/6 to talk about our next steps. We just aren't sure that trying a 3rd iui is a good idea since our post wash counts have been so low.

Good luck to everyone in the 2ww! Hugs to those who need them!

Well I tested this morning @ 14 DPO and got a BFN.  Now just waiting for my period to start so we can move to the next cycle.  I think that we will do one more cycle of TI, and then in September we will take off because we are going on vacation.  Then maybe in October we will start IUI cycles.

    Hi all,

CD13 for me. I had my mid-cycle u/s yesterday and things looked good for IUI#3! Uterine lining is ready to go, 2 dominant follicles and 1 smaller in the right ovary, and 1 dominant in the left ovary. I will be triggering tonight and have the IUI on Friday (8/1).

I really hope this cycle works because if not, we will be taking a break. Keeping everything crossed on my body that it takes this time.

Any possible cycle buddies to help keep sanity during the 2ww???

drstef - I'm not IUI but will be O'ing tomorrow or Fri so we will be 2WW cycle buddies!

I've hit a new place, ladies - and feeling pretty positive that it WILL happen eventually...

I got all my results from the RE yesterday.   I have endometriosis which has gunked up my right tube so only my left is open. The RE said my left might be gunky too but my egg reserve is good so I can give it a few more months of trying before laproscopic surgery to remove the endo & open tubes. And if that doesn't work then move to IVF. DH sperm are great which is a relief. And out of the 130 genetic test markers I only had ONE positive - something about bad eyesight. My uterus looks good and has no polyps.

I'm on CD14 today and my left O is gearing up to ovulate tomorrow says the RE. He could see it yesterday in the saline sonogram. The nurse said many people get pregnant after the saline b/c it clears out the pathways. AND ladies I finally have eggwhite CM this cycle. So we are BDing finally.

I'm really hopeful for this cycle. Now that I know only my left side is open, I know only half my cycles are chances. So since my left side is gearing up, this cycle is a possibility!

I'm leaving for the weekend on Saturday - Monday w/o DH so I'm happy to hear I'm O'ing a little early this month to get in our BDing.  Really hope this 2WW isn't excruiating.

    TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.
Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.
July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal
DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes.  Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube.  If that doesn't help then move to IVF.
Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help.  Doubts I have endometriosis.  My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!)
    Seriously considering IVF in March/April
    12/17/14 - Natural BFP!
