Lightweight Stroller?

I need a lightweight stroller. I already have a city mini GT. Here are my specifications.


Good for a baby who can't sit in their own up to about 4 years old

Under $150 after coupons and sales (I have a 20% off BBB)

I would prefer one with a child snack tray or one I can add a snack tray to.TIA
