Teeth grinding

Now that Simon has two teeth on the bottom and one on the top, quite often throughout the day I can hear him grinding/scraping/gnashing them together. I assume it's just the novelty of the new teeth, but do I need to be concerned at all? Is this normal?

J does this.  I hate hearing it, but he seems fine and his teeth don't appear to be impacted.
