I need some ideas.. I was supposed to work but called in so I can watch dd's fever closely. So now I will probably make something.
Whats a cooking tonight ladies?

We'll be having baked garlic brown sugar chicken. Sounds strange but it's delicious.

We're having left over smoked pork. If it wasn't that it would be something on the grill and maybe fried squash patties.

Another favorite is Balsamic Chicken. Chicken breasts in a casserole, covered by (lots of) halved brown mushrooms, sliced onion, tomato slices. Pour over a blended mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves, lots of basil, S&P, and any other herbs you like. Bake until chicken is done.

Thanks for all the suggestions may use one for tomorrow. A house ended up coming on the market that we were interested in do we went this evening and saw it and put a offer on it. It ended up being later when we were done so we just grabbed sandwiches out. FXed we get a house!
