NBR: Harry Potter Stuff

So my nephew is getting into Harry Potter and I am trying to find some stuff for him. I am looking for HP Legos that don't cost like $100 and also the Jelly Belly jelly beans that have the weird flavors inspired by HP. I know there are some fans on here- does anyone know where I can buy this stuff in-store? I checked Target today with no luck. Thanks. :-)

Toys R Us? I've also found lots of stuff at places like Barnes and Noble or Borders over the years.

Thanks for the suggestions! He is 8 and just getting into HP. He just read the first book and he is watching the first movie this weekend when we visit him- he's pretty excited. :-)
