After any pregnancy (much less likely after a CP, but it's not unheard of) your cycles can completely change. Before I was pregnant my cycles were really light and I had no cramping or PMS. Now I'm bedridden from pain and bleed like it will never stop.
Same rule applies, 1 pad or more per hour and go to the ER. Otherwise, it's probably just your body figuring things out again.
I'm sorry.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
I am just finishing the first AF after and it was heavy even for me (and i'm a heavy bleeder..sorry, tmi). I'd say it's nothing to worry about unless, like PP said, you are soaking a pad or more within an hour.

This. Very heavy flow. I finished this past weekend, but I had a 9 day flow.
