I tried to find a tropically gif...I'm a gif addict!  Still trucking along on lupron, but we should start seeing more of us getting into the stimming phase soon.

We live in Dallas, so we have several RE options around.  Ours is 5 minutes from work, so it makes things easier...I know we are very lucky as far as that goes.

Screwed over by a cyst! Have another check on Wednesday....please Lord let it be gone!! QOTD: Baltimore! My RE is literally .25 miles from work and 4 miles from home. I actually get to work earlier when I have morning monitoring!

I started stimming yesterday (300units Gonal-f + 10 mcg HCG).  Will start monitoring Wednesday.

We live in VA.  My RE's office is about 2 hours from home.  I am taking 2 weeks of vacation to get through this IVF cycle.  The distance makes it impossible to work and attend all of my appointments.   We actually have a clinic in that would be about 15 minutes away, but its fairly new and the doctor splits time between VA and FL.   I chose to sacrifice the distance for a clinic with a better reputation.
Me 27 DH 29 Married since 2007, together since 2001
Off BC since Febuary 2006 3 Clomid Cycles in 2008- symptomatic, US just showed a tilted uterus, otherwise normal, HSG normal.  DH has an ejaculatory duct obstruction and a congenital absence of the vas deferens.  This is common with cystic fibrosis carriers, but he doesn't have cystic fibrosis. IVF #1 with TESE/ICSI (Antagonist protocol) Aug 2014=BFN (poor embryo quality)   IVF #2 ICSI long lupron protocol November 2014

@ronniesgirl1981 update us Wednesday.  I've seen plenty of ladies start cycling with a cyst, so FX it all works out!

I am going for cd3 blood/ultrasound tomorrow and starting stims (150 Puregon/150 Menopur) so it's about to get real...they initially gave me a potential retrieval day of Aug 4th but my period showed up 3 days early so we'll see how it pans out once I start stims. I live about 40 mins east of Toronto in Canada. My Re is about 30 mins away, so not too bad!

I finally have something to update (yay!!) I start BCP tomorrow morning! I'll be on them for 17 days and in that time, I will have to do my mock transfer and IVF class. I'll start stimming on August 11th.

I currently live in Northern Virginia but I moved here from NY a few years back. My RE is 10 min from where we live, so it's very convenient!

OAN, I started an IVF journal when our journey began. I have been writing down thoughts and feelings each step of the way. Not much to write so far, I'm sure when I start meds I'll have more to write each day! I thought it would be a good idea to keep track of the process. :D

    Hey ladies -
Just got my positive OV yesterday so I will begin my estrace in a few days. We're trying a freeze all and separate transfer this time around so I'm optimistic with a new protocol!

I'm from the Seattle area. Our clinic for the first two IVFs was 45 min drive. Our new clinic is 20 min! Not too bad!

Thanks for the check-in @gsancho!  Love the gif!!

I have my teaching appointment today so I'll know my exact schedule this afternoon.  Baseline is August 4th and I think lupron (they keep calling it a micro lupron) starts on 8/6 and Gonal-F on 8/8.  I finally got the final total for all of my meds and even though I knew it was coming it was still a shock to hear.  My insurance covers nothing related to IVF but Freedom is still going to try to submit the whole thing to see if some things like the antibiotic and steroid I'll be on after ET are covered.

QOTW:  I live in upstate NY and luckily there are 3 RE practices in my town.  DH is a GI doctor so we went with the practice that is associated with the large teaching hospital in town.  Only a 10 minute drive.

I'm on day 4 of stims and start monitoring on Thursday this week.  I don't usually get awful headaches but I am this cycle.  I'm even drinking 100+oz of water a day and eating healthier than I did with previous cycles.  I think I need more chocolate.

QOTD: I live in MA.  My RE is 1.5-2 hrs away but the main clinic where the ER/ET is only an hour.  I can do monitoriing more locally, except on weekends it's at the main clinic.

    Hello everybody!
I had my baseline appointment and endometrial biopsy yesterday. The endometrail biopsy hurt pretty badly for about half a minute but it was over relatively quick. Doctor claims it will be the worst pain of the whole process aside from childbirth. Let's hope so. They aren't sending it off for testing it's just to improve implantation later on down the line. Anyways we got the all clear to head on. So I started my letrozole tabs last night, 7.5mg, and my steriod this morning, and DH started his antibiotics. I go back on thursday for another monitoring appt.

QOTD: We live in southern middle tn. There are 3 clinics within driving distance, all three are an hour and a half away, two in Nashville and the other one is in Chattanooga. We go to the Chattanooga one, its smaller and more intimate. My RE actually experienced IF himself at one time. I'm so jealous of you ladies who live so close. It's already turning into a pain to drive that far so much. So glad I was able to leave my job and have this time at home, pretty sure they wouldn't have been understanding.

    TTC since March of 2012
    Me: 27 Dh: 35 Testing Begins 3/5/13
Six SA's show DH has low numbers across the board = severe MFI
Genetic testing for me = MTHFR+, also carrier for blood clotting disorder Otherwise all else normal
    Dh's karotype= Normal!!

Today is CD 7 I have been doing 300 iu of menopur since cd3. Went in for a check today and the Dr. seemed a little unhappy with how slow I'm growing, I have 15 all under .8. So now I'm worrying because that's what I do. She upped the menopur to 450 and I go back Thursday for another check. I know I shouldn't be surprised its taking longer i uusually ovulate around cd19 but hearing 2 follies "died off" since Friday has really upset me.

QOTD: I live just outside of Toronto (but still the GTA) so it take 30-40 min to transit into the clinic. On the other hand the cheaper pharmacy is an hour transit both ways.

Nothing going on here yet. I'll have another SIS on Monday to determine if the remaining tissue is gone.  My period was SUPPPPPPPPPER light, so I am not feeling very confident at this point.  If it's not gone, I'll need a D&C and will be delayed for the FET.

Hi ladies.  Nothing to report here.  The waiting for AF sucks!!  Why is it that when you don't want her to show her ugly face, she shows up waaayyy early and when you're really excited and can't wait for her to show, then it takes forever?

I will probably be going for my CD3 ultrasound roundabout the 6th of August, so it's still 2 whole weeks away!!

QOTD - Like I said previously, I'm in Cape Town, South Africa.  My fertility specialist's office is about 10 minutes drive from my house and 5 minutes from work.  So I'm lucky.
