Going to ER, T&Ps please.

I've had cramps since Friday, and very light bleeding since Saturday. Today I passed a clot, so off to the ER for me.

The nurse I talked to on the phone this morning was such a bitch. She told me to go see my regular doc since I didn't make it to my first prenatal with them. She also was like "oh it probably is a miscarriage" without asking any questions about symptoms.

So yeah, awesome Monday.

I got an ultrasound, and the technician was amazing. She let us sneak a peek at the little bugger even though it was against the rules. At least we got confirmation it isn't molar or something.

We are waiting to talk to the doc and get my u/s and bloodwork results. I'm still a,nervous wreck.

Ugh, finally got discharged.  What a nightmare, it took 7 hours.

So the U/S did not show a heartbeat.  The doctor said that it may be due to the fetus being too small to get a heartbeat on, or it may be that there is none to see.  He was not optimistic, and put me at less than 50% chance of making it through.

I am a bit proud that the development was exactly 6 weeks, which means I successfully tracked the exact conception date on FF.  It is heartening that it is on pace for growth.  My hcg was well within the good range - 23k.  

Thank you again everyone for the support.  You are all amazing, and I will cross my fingers that I can stay in this group .

I don't have one established yet.  My first appointment was on the 31st, and the way that the nurse this morning talked, they aren't interested in taking me on unless I'm 8 weeks pregnant.  My discharge instructions have a name for another OB, I'll be scheduling an appointment with her soon.
