Best Swim Vest?

We are going on vacation to a house that has a pool.  We'll be with our son (16 mos) any time he's around the pool, but it would just make me feel better to have a life jacket on him too.  I've looked at the puddle jumpers but they say 30-50lbs and he's right around 27.  Anyone have suggestions for swim vests for toddlers?  Thanks!

And we battled tremendously with DS (he was 21 months at the time) He hated the vest. So we decided to try a puddle jumper (he's approx 26.5 lbs) and it's been awesome. He puts it on without a fight, it fits pretty well tightened as much as it will go. It does ride up on him slightly on occasion and bumps his chin but it's infrequent and after we adjust it, he's good to go. 

He "swims" all over the pool kicking unassisted in it... I'm so glad we tried it!
