Normal amount of spit up?

Just curious--what is a normal amount of spit up? My daughter (2.5 months) spits up constantly...it just continuously flows out of her mouth. She has reflux & is on meds, so I don't know if that is the reason, but it is never ending. It's worse when she is sitting in her bouncer or in the car seat. I know spit up is normal for babies, but it seems excessive.

It seems to have become more constant throughout the day versus just during or after a feeding. Dr added a med last week but I don't see a difference. Diapers are fine. She doesn't seem to be in pain. She only gained 1 lb in the last month but she's still on an average trajectory. It's just a constant flow out of her mouth all day long.
