BFN confirmed, next steps?

So, my RE just called with the news that my beta was less than zero and to stop meds. I will go in for a WTF later this week. After discussing with DH, we will likely try another fresh cycle with a different donor. Any specific testing I should consider before we try again? My previous donor was proven and I did have one successful pregnancy from her. Transfer of 7 other 5 day blasts were to successful (at different times, of course!). I had a basic immune workup and extensive hematological testing after my first failure which turned up nothing. I really don't know what to make of all of this but sincerely thank you ladies for your support.

Another typo, clearly I am losing it today, transfer of 7 other blasts were not successful.

I'm so sorry about the BFN.  The only thing I can think of and this might have already been checked is your thyroid levels...  The first time, mine was slightly off what they wanted it to be for a successful pregnancy.

    Hey lady,

So sorry your FET was not successful. I have no answers as I am struggling to figure out why none of our DE/DS cycles have worked.

I can tell you what we have had tested.

We did the DNA fragmentation test done on my H sperm, I've had multiple endometrial biopsies (to check for endometritis and most recently, the receptivity array (though I'm not sure if this would apply to you, as you were successful in the past), multiple saline sonohystograms, hysteroscopy, RPL testing, very basic immune panel... That's all so far. At this time, I don't plan on persuing further testing.

I hope your RE can guide you in the right direction!!

    DE/DS IVF#1: (10/13) - 2 day 3 embies transferred-BFFN

    FET of 2 day 6 blasts: (12/13) - c/p

    DE/DS IVF #2: (4/14) - 1 day 5 blast transferred...BFFN...again.

    FET 5/14: 1 day 5 hatching blast transferred...another BFFN

Repeat SHG 6/14-normal / Endometrial Receptivity Array biopsy 7/14-Receptive Uterus

New RE, additional testing reveals elevated NK Cells

FET of 1 day 5 blast (RE recommends transferring 1 due to elevated NK cells) with lovenox, steroids & intralipids in October
