I think i had a miscarriage?

i've been having these cramps all night and back pain so i took a warm shower but i couldn't find the right spot to lay where this cramp wouldn't hurt and i told myself that it was nothing and i'd be fine but then i just woke up now and went to pee but it took a while and i felt a blood clot come out but this wasn't any clot it had white around it and black and it was shaped odd..... then my heart dropped and i knew i lost the baby... i called my boyfriend in to take a better pic and have been crying ever since and i am still cramping.... i am calling my doctor in the am...

i've been praying all night that it has something to do with my cervical erosion and the baby is healthy.

I went to the er and just got back they said my HG levels are at 5879 she wasn't sure if that was a good number and the doctor did a ultrasound ( not vaginal) and saw no baby but told me not to freak out. he called my obgyn and i have a appointment tomorrow and i was labeled a threatened miscarriage so on bed rest until my appointment tomorrow. my temp was 99.2

update! my doctor follow up left me with no answers so i'm waiting Thursday for my ultrasound. thanks for all the prayers and love set to me.
