Insurance Question- Moving back to LA from South Africa

Good Morning! I have been living in South Africa with my husband and 16 month old son for the past 2 years. My husband is SA, I'm American. We had planned to move back to Los Angeles where I'm from in October of this year. We just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant.....
I'm fully covered with a great insurance here in SA and the policy will cover the birth in the US, BUT only if I return to SA. We will not be returning...
Does anyone know of an insurance policy or an exception that allows women who are pregnant and insured in a different country to become insured in the US? Most insurances consider pregnancy a pre-existing condition and therefore will not accept me. There has to be some kind of exception for those who are moving from another Country, right?
If anyone could offer me any advice or insight I would really appreciate it. I want to have this baby in the US with my family but will stay in SA to have baby if needed.
