Birthday Party invites!

I can't believe I have to ask this as there is no way LO is almost 1. I would like to make invites with his picture on it, I normally just use Target, but I was unimpressed with their selection. I need them fairly quickly because whether I like it or not his birthday will be here soon.

I want it to have LO picture, where are you moms getting invites made from and how long does it generally take?

+1 for etsy, we found a cute one we like, but I'm just a tiny bit weary as I've never ordered invites like this before.

Ok I feel dumb asking this but when you buy off etsy do you have to still create your card online using a blank template then uploading the image? How does that work?
