Party Favor bags for 11 year old girls

I need ideas.  I need one more thing to put in the bags for my daughter's bday.  It is hula themed and we are having a waterslide, snowcones.  I ordered these from oriental trading and then a beach towel to put in each one.  I need something else because they seem kind of boring.  Something cheap preferably!

I thought of sunglasses but where can I get some that are not more than like $5 but wearable or "cool"?

nail polish is a good idea though...I can do that.  My problem is that the bags we ordered are so darn big.

Am I the only one who thinks beach towel is enough present? I like flip-flops if you really want to add something else.
