I recently started doing a CXWORX class twice a week. If I had more time to go to the gym, I'd also do Zumba. I do better with group classes. On my own, I never work out as long or push as hard as I should
Ss... I attempt to run on the treadmill or do the insanity videos but if I go to the gym it's elliptical and machines.. I'm trying to run outside now and maybe do some weights.. Can someone push my butt into working out more than sparingly ????
I tend to do a variety of things from kickboxing to zumba and lately I have liked just dance on the wii u. When it's nice out I rollerblade with my husky.
I chose SS - currently, I do Jillian Michaels DVDs M-F before LO gets up and run during LO's AM nap on the weekends (DH stays home). Before LO was born (and hopefully once she weans), I ran and took kickboxing, spinning, and boot camp classes at my gym.
I'm a walker and though I should add some weight training in (for abs and arms), I still think it works. Low impact stuff is much nicer on my old knees.

I put SS because I don't think Spinning falls under the regular 'bike' category.

I have been walking with LO a lot ( @Revez we have gone every day this week!! )
When I don't walk or run with LO I use our elliptical while she is napping.
