We made a beef roast for Easter and now I have all this sliced beef leftover.  Can someone help me turn it into something different, besides the obvious roast beef sandwich...

Cheesesteak!  Fry up some onion and green pepper, toss in beef.. stuff in sub roll, add some swiss or provolone cheese and bake until cheese is melted.   Can add some marinara for a twist!
