Meal Plan Monday

I started to feel like I was in a rut this weekend. Looking forward to seeing what you all have planned for the week 

Monday--BBQ chicken, cheesy potatoes and carrots

Tuesday--Burgers and fries 

Wednesday---Mini Pot Pies (the bisquik ones that are all over pinterest--we'll see how they turn out)

Thursday--Pizza or TBD

Friday---Great question....

Saturday--Out with family in town

Really excited the weather is getting nicer and we can start using the grill more.

I just jotted one out on my lunch hour....

Monday-Easter left overs

Tuesday-grilled asparagus and chicken breasts

Wednesday-grilled pizzas

Thursday-chicken and dumplings

Friday-probably take out

Saturday-burgers and grilled veggies

Sunday-crock pot pulled pork

Monday: lemon brocolli chicken with brown rice and chicken pot stickers
Tuesday: spaghetti bolognese with salad and garlic bread
Wednesday: chicken tetrazzini with garlic bread and salad
Thursday: something in the crock pot!
Friday: take out

Today- Cheesy ham casserole with broccoli and cauliflower
Tomorrow- Pasta and meatballs
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Ham and broccoli quiche
Saturday- Lamb and couscous
Sunday- Beef stew
Monday- Leftovers
Tuesday- Tortellini with pesto
Wednesday- Take out
Thursday- Couscous with kielbasa peas and brussel sprouts
Friday- Swai fish with tomato quinoa
Saturday- Turkey burgers, and potato salad
Sunday- Chicken and dumplings

I have the next two weeks planned for budgeting reasons. Our car needs like $400 in repairs.. Ugh.
