Fresh air should be administered in small doses until tolerance is built back up. Dd is a mess tonight because we played outside all day. She's exhausted. Oops. I forgot how much fresh air wears a person out.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

    It's crazy, isn't it?  My DD has been talking about bedtime around 6 versus the usual refusing to go until 7:30 or 8.  It is kind of amazing...except for that part of the witching hour around dinner when she is too tired to make sense :)

    We were at BIL/SIL's and DD tried to climb into my nieces crib to go to sleep at 5pm! That lasted all of 15 minutes, but she was wiped!

    I remember when DS was a baby and I took him out for his first walk and a grandmother stopped to talk to me and told me to always remember that nothing wears kids out like fresh air. I didn't realize how true that was at the time! What is it about being outside?
