So we were walking around Chicago this afternoon and were walking towards a group of adults, and I look at the baby stroller (which they were not paying attention to) and the baby was literally HANGING out of the front of it, face down, by it's neck. I literally dropped my food and sprinted toward them because the baby wasn't moving, but thank GOD we pulled the baby up and it was breathing and okay. Umm hello f*ers BUCKLE you f*ing infant in the stroller... that is what those straps are there for. Excuse while I go have nightmares about that for the next week......

That sounds like a prank that would be on some hidden camera show.

Oh Goodness!!  I'm so glad that you were there!!  What in the fuck were they doing?  That's just negligence.

I'm not sure why the baby wasn't strapped in... It seemed little, like 6-7 months. The mom literally almost started crying I think she was so scared. I have a feeling that kid will absolutely be buckled from now on...
