ER trip and pretty sure I'm out

I had some bleeding last night and today. Of course it is a holiday. I was going to wait till next week since it wasn't too heavy but read the thread that you need rhogam if you have spotting and I know I'm RH neg so I went to the ER. Only measured 6w3d and HR was 60 so likely not gonna be good. I f/u at my appt next week. I guess they will repeat betas and maybe an U/s. I know when I ovulated so I'm way behind.
